  • Role: Senior Product Manager
  • Location: Gurugram

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hiring for an innovative, data driven and metrics oriented Senior Product Manager to own end to end engagement and retention goals for Times Prime subscription business.
  • The candidate will lead a team of Product Managers and work extensively with the Tech , Operations and Design team to devise and implement new features, measure impact and drive optimizations.
  • Additionally, they will also contribute to the upcoming financial services business and work on multiple fintech products like credit cards marketplace, Times Internet co-brand card and personal lending
  • Seek and synthesize customer signals on the platform through qualitative and quantitative analysis in partnership with Analytics team
  • Focus on customer pain points and come up with scalable and technology driven solutions to address the same
  • Monitor run rates of renewals and engagement metrics, and experiment with levers of ARPU, discounting, offers etc
  • Work with CRM team to implement off product journeys and communication strategies across different channels
  • Align with business , tech and central compliance teams for implementation of financial use cases on TIL wide platforms

Minimum Qualifications Required::

  • 5 Years of experience, in product management in a fast paced startup with demonstrable revenue impact
  • Leadership/ Team management experience
  • Experience in scaling 1-10 or 10-100 B2C products
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree from a premier institution
  • Proficiency in SQL and database manage
