Job description

• Experience in field recruitment.
• Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Should have strong sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring.
• Convincing skill, people management.
• Maintaining data base.
• Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
• Should be able to communicate in the local language.
• Mass recruitment
• On field hunting for FSE.
