As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business & user needs and technical implementation of product features. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of product, UX & technology, preferably in the Digital Employee Experience/HRTech domain. This role requires a zest to take on the rapid evolution of product needs, qualitative & quantitative research, digital user journey formulation, story definition & prioritization, and partnering on implementation with a variety of technology teams. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. Qualifications What will you be doing? Analyse product feature requirements end-to-end with a good understanding of the product features and their dependencies on other functions/tools with attention to detail. Create functional and requirement specifications with in-depth analysis and write good User Stories (Preferably using INVEST techniques). Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the user/business needs. Collaborate with UX teams to produce wireframe prototypes and mockups and document them for delivery teams. Collaborate with different source teams to ensure a proper understanding of their processes and detail out best user journeys for product features. Develop a good understanding of the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog. Presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements, and identifying gaps with extended teams. Interface with product owners, UX, and Engineering to understand business and technical environments for current and future requirements; participate as a solution expert. Assisting with roadmap prioritization and conceptualizing new product features. Supporting product management analytics tools/solutions development. What do we expect? A strong bias for action.
