About the Role:

Our Thane (Mumbai), India office is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. A Project Manager (PM) is a professional responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently. The profile typically includes a combination of education, skills, and experience relevant to project management.


Profile:

Education: A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumental, Mechanical, or Electromechanical field. With relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), AGILE, or PRINCE2.

Experience: Candidates must have experience and worked their way up from entry-level project coordinator positions to Project Manager—at least 4 to 5 years of Project Manager experience or relevant experience in specific industries or domains.

You will play a critical role in realizing both our ambition for overseeing project execution and catalyzing sales growth, commencing in 2024 and beyond.


Key responsibilities related to Project Manager is diverse and encompasses various tasks and responsibilities aimed at delivering successful projects that meet stakeholders' requirements and expectations.


· Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

· Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including human resources, finances, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.

· Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure project success.

· Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.

· Risk Management: Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting reviews and inspections.

· Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

· Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records, to track progress and ensure accountability.

· Problem-solving: Address issues and challenges that arise during the project, making decisions and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
