Platform: CMDB/CSDM, Advanced Work Assignment, Integration HUB, workflows and MID Server. Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes such as CSM/FSM/OrderManagement/Network Inventory Management Implement best practices for legal service management using ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase. Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow. Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements and legal industry trends, incorporating them into the solution design. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials. Proven 6+ years’ experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in legal services management. In-depth understanding of processes and workflows within organizations. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform for legal service management. Experience in application design, architecture, development and deployment with the Service-now platform. Hands on experience with Java Scripting or any development language. Ability to create and Modify Workflows with experience in agent workspace design and implementation. Good at creating required information for Reporting, and Dashboards. Experience in migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM), Admin (CSA) and Developer (CAD). Experience in Asset management and CMDB Implementation and Data Normalization. Experience with Core module (Incident, Problem, Service Request, Knowledge, Change, Service Portal) and on Event management and Discovery Modules. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes. Soft Skills: Good verbal communication and written skills. Good problem-solving skills. Providing regular status update, clearly calling out blockers. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technologies, recommending and implementing best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field. Below Relevant certifications are an added plus. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. Certified on at least 1 ServiceNow Mainline certifications e.g. CMDB, Discovery, Event, Workspace etc Other Requirement: Prefer if you are able to start early or join immediately. Experience 6 - 14 years. Work Location: Gurugram.
