Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Publishing Coordinator located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a motivated Publishing Coordinator to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role involves preparing and finalizing book titles for publication across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proficiency in Arabic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Prepare Book titles for publication by formatting manuscripts, ensuring consistency in style and presentation. Collaborate with editors, designers, and authors to finalize book content and cover designs. Upload finalized manuscripts to various publishing platforms. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate uploads and metadata. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional material related to new releases. Requirements: Proficient understanding of the English language with excellent grammar and writing skills. Fluency in Arabic language for accurate handling of Arabic texts. Experience or knowledge of the publishing industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow guidelines and processes. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a remote team setting. Proficiency in project management, including the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with content management systems.
