Litigation management Drafting and vetting notices, pleadings and submissions for medico-legal and commercial litigation. Maintaining a tracker of all litigations, analyzing and reporting trends and insights for litigation prevention; Active management of medico legal cases by coordinating with the medical teams and the advocates; Building good relations with the advocates, developing a network of advocates throughout India and aiding them in cases; Drafting notices, vetting notices, responding/handling statutory notices, regulatory notices and different complaints by our patrons; Active management of the litigation tool, coordinating with different teams in enhancing the feature of the tool, managing notice through the tool; Monitoring of the cases by coordinating with both internal and external stake holders; Draft recovery notice and actively participate in recovery of dues; Advice the medical teams on various medico legal issue; Analyze the legal risk and cost to the company and advised the management and implement strategy to mitigate the risk; Conduct medico legal seminars to educate the internal stake holders with the current laws

Purpose of the role: Contract management Drafting and reviewing a broad range of contracts. Maintaining, filing, tracking, and managing the lifecycle of a contract. Providing advice to internal stakeholders on various contractual positions and corporate policies by assessing the risk and proposing appropriate mitigations; Compliance management Compliance management Maintain, monitor and analyzes statutory and regulatory compliance levels across all group hospitals; Real Estate management – Maintain the real estate profile of the Group Companies, conduct title due diligence on proposed real estate acquisitions, maintain trackers and ensure timely renewals of leases, maintain cordial relationship with Lessors, drafting LOIs, Leases, Sale documents and processing their registration; Additional assistance in due diligence and M&A activities, Active assistance in company secretarial activities;

Qualification and Experience Graduate in Law 05 to 07 years’ PQE The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in law, along with 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience and proven experience in various courts and regulatory tribunals applicable to healthcare establishments.
