Role Description

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to join our team in Pune. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business activities, ensuring that they are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. The role requires you to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring seamless execution of tasks and initiatives without requiring micro-management.
  • Actively participate in day-to-day operations, bridging communication and cross-functional collaboration between the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and spearhead special projects, encompassing comprehensive market analysis, business planning, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct thorough research, gather pertinent data, and craft compelling presentations to facilitate strategic decision-making and engage with key stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiently manage administrative tasks including calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of key milestones.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, memos, and correspondence on behalf of the founders, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Employ a strategic mindset coupled with proactive initiatives to anticipate needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive impactful results.
  • Showcase an entrepreneurial spirit by identifying new business prospects, initiating innovative ventures, and implementing growth strategies to leverage market trends and enhance profitability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, providing support to C-level executives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational prowess with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Innate entrepreneurial drive, with a passion for contributing to the growth of an early-stage Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.
  • Previous experience working within a startup environment, actively involved in the foundational stages of building a startup from inception.
