Job Description       Responsible for: Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meet Business targets Customer Centricity Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process: ·        Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals ·        Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company ·        Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved ·        Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs ·        Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs ·        Track customer proposals through to conversion     Requirements  Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).  For ADM at least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.  Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)  For ADMs- prior experience of BFSI sector is must  Must be localite  Age between 25 years to 40  years  Must have two wheel er  Benefits Salary Up to 5.5LPA On roll permanent job PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. Incentives, other attractive packages for Achievement of Monthly Sales   Requirements Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
