Job Description:

As an Admission Counselor at Rao IIT , you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting prospective students through the admissions process for various programs including JEE, NEET, and Olympiads. Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding the admission process, program details, curriculum, and career prospects.
• Application Processing: Manage the admission application process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic goals, address concerns, and provide tailored advice.
• Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about the courses, entrance exams, scholarships, and other relevant aspects of the admission process.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth admission experience.
• Follow-up: Follow up with prospective students through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide support and address queries.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions data using the academy's CRM system.
• Event Participation: Represent Rao IIT Academy at educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and other events to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment between admission processes and academic standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in admission counseling, preferably in an educational institution catering to JEE, NEET, or Olympiad aspirants.
• In-depth knowledge of the JEE, NEET, and Olympiad exams, as well as the Indian education system and curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in student counseling.
