The Role: We are currently looking for a bright, self-motivated, hard-working individual for a Science Editor Position. This candidate will be primarily responsible for working with Guest Editors and authors and bringing in new content to our journal. Responsibilities: Contact potential Guest Editors by phone/email and work with them to build Methods Collections Work with Guest Editors to recruit authors and assist those authors with the manuscript submissions Developing various projects to streamline departmental workflows Requirements: Ph.D. in Engineering Excellent English written and verbal communication Self-starter, able to work independently Strong organizational and time-management skills.
