Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing. Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits. Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. All Purchase Invoice and outgoing payments posting in SAP All cash transactions to be posted in Cash Book. Ensure all receivables are received in time and all payable are paid in time All monthly payables, yearly payables to be monitored through portal and emails for timely payment All foreign remittance related export documents to be submitted in Bank in hard copy Tracking/monitoring Export incentive like Duty Drawback and Rodtep (earlier MEIS) through ICE Gate portal and entered in SAP. Maintaining of all files related to Accounts. The Profile You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Accounting Manager role, ideally within the Manufacturing and Metals & Steel industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You have working knowledge of SAP B1 You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders The Employer Today our client has two verticals in product portfolio. Being a metal fabrication industry, they offer Fabricated components for Industrial motors and generators, Indian and European Traction industries, and blowers for Industrial applications.
