Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for an Account Manager . Job Description: Job Title: Account Manager Job Location: Mohali Work Schedule: On-site Responsibilities: · Responsible for servicing entrusted clients. · Will work with 1-3 accounts more may be assigned based on level of experience · Define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to MSP / VMS · Build long-term relationships with clients and help them fill their contingent staffing needs and contribute to their growth. · Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals. · Well versed with IT/Technology · Responsible for constant interaction with clients, MSP’s, and VMS resources. · Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions. · Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters. · Knowledgeable regarding the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing · Strong communication skills both verbal and written. · Must be independent and a self-starter. · Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality. Qualifications: · Experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain. · At least 1 year of experience in Account Management · Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking) · Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management · Ability to think strategically · Adherence to Ethical Business Conduct · Bachelor’s Degree Required.
