Position Overview:


Role: Manager – GTM Strategy Generative AI & ML


As a GTM strategist for Successive’s new Generative AI & ML brand within our Generative AI & ML Innovation Center, you will collaborate closely with the Successive Leadership to oversee all aspects of marketing, customer and sales operations for our new Generative AI technology consulting brand. Your role will encompass strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives, as well as driving sales efforts to achieve business growth and market penetration.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: THEME-> SPECIALIZE, DO NOT GENERALIZE


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, target segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to differentiate our GenAI consulting brand in the market.
  • Develop and execute marketing and alliance partnerships with hyper-scalers and other partners (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, NVIDIA, Snowflake etc.) in Generative AI & ML space to drive inbound sales and leads.
  • Develop and execute strategy to position the new Successive’s Generative AI & ML brand as an Industry focused expert to deliver Industry specific Generative AI & ML use-cases
  • Be an Industry, Organizational and Product thought deader for Successive’s new Generative AI & ML brand.


Goals:

1. Market penetration, lead generation

2. Position new Generative AI & ML brand as an Industry leader

3. Create differentiator and accelerators to stay ahead with competition

4. Develop and manage brand collateral creation, including customer presentations and proposals.


Marketing Operations:


  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, webinars, collateral, blogs, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers and materials to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's digital presence, including websites, landing pages, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Build, Own and manage the new Generative AI & ML brand’s website.
  • Define and manage hyper-scalers marketplace offerings (AWS Marketplace).


Sales Operations:


  • Drive pre-sales activities such as lead qualification, proposal development, and client presentations to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, training programs, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Partnership and Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and offerings.
  • Nurture client relationships, understand their needs, and provide insights and solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our expertise and establish thought leadership.


Who are we looking for:


  • Seeking an Gen-AI enthusiast with at least 5 years of marketing expertise within the IT services sector.
  • Prior experience in marketing AI & ML products or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem (e.g. data scientists, ML engineers) and experience building relevant content for them.
  • Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials, and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel.
