We seek an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate business acumen and innovative thinking around employee growth. Some high-level tasks for this role are overseeing employee happiness, employee retention, executing company events, and other day-to-day HR tasks.

Responsibilities


  • Act as a bridge between management and team members by practicing active listening and assertive communication when addressing demands, grievances, and other issues with regards to employee’s relationships and/or difficult situations.
  • Be a culture ambassador, building morale amongst the team, improving retention metrics, and actively proposing strategies for productivity increase.
  • Maintaining close collaboration with the leadership team to understand the company’s goals and develop HR strategies that align to support such objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the leadership team and all employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters, including mediation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Implement an efficient performance management process, providing coaching and feedback to managers, and assisting as needed with performance improvement plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for organizational change and/or improvement initiatives to enhance employee company culture, and engagement.
  • Oversee implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR management.
  • Nurture a positive, inclusive, and diverse working environment.


Qualifications


  • Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude!
  • A Master's Degree or it's equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in managing Human Resources for organisations in IT industry
  • Should be adept in using HR management systems, and HR analytics tools.
  • Expert in handling generic HR functions including performance management, coaching, talent acquisition, change management, culture, employee experience, and general strategy
  • Competent in building, effectively managing, and nurturing interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
  • Fair knowledge on employment laws, regulations, best practices and staying updated with them ensuring legal law compliance
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR management
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles.
  • Ability to manage different projects and tasks simultaneously - planning, organizing, and executing HR initiatives at different stages, effectively.
  • Outstanding negotiation, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
