We have successfully catered to the needs of all the major sectors with our wide array of experience. As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven individual to join us in the role of Business Development Associate. Job Description and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Identify and pursue potential clients or partnerships through networking, research, and outreach. Generate leads through research, cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential clients. Regularly engaging and maintaining good relationships with officials of MSME/Mid Corporate/Large corporate banks, collaborating with industry associations to generate potential leads. Cultivating strong contacts with CA firms to explore new business opportunities. To meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue objectives. Collaborate and communicate with all the stake holders ensuring smooth transition/ handover of projects to the delivery team. Coordinate with the Delivery team to ensure timely completion of reports. Escalate issues to reporting manager / Senior management. Should be willing to travel within the allotted region to generate business and should maintain adequate market coverage through regular follow ups ensuring strong market presence and credibility. Submission of weekly sales pipeline reports as per the reporting format. Act as a single point of contact for the clients and address all their concerns and ensure thorough satisfaction. Qualifications Required: Graduate or a Postgraduate in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 5 years. Experience in Financial Solutions industry will be an added advantage. Key Skills: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment Strong ability to develop and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
